Order Terms and Conditions
By placing an order and confirming payment on this website you are entering a legally binding contact and agree to all terms and conditions included on this page.
Prices:
The price of the goods shall be the price listed on our website on the date of your order, inclusive of any VAT. All prices displayed on the website are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling and must be paid in full, including delivery charges.
Availability:
All goods and services are subject to availability. This may be due to our stock levels or those of our suppliers, which are out of our control. If for any reason an item is out of stock we will attempt to contact you and offer a solution, for example:
Sending you the item once it is back in stock
Sending alternative items of a similar value
We reserve the right to only offer the above solutions if we deem appropriate.
If we are not able to contact you, we will cancel the item off the order and refund you the items amount.
Payment:
Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on the website. Goods will not be shipped unless payment is received in full.
Ordering:
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
Cancelling your order:
You are entitled to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing your order without giving any reason for doing so.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

Shipping and Returns
Shipping
All orders will be shipped via Evri.
We currently offer 2 shipping services:
Standard delivery 3-5 days (£6.99)
Express delivery (£9.99)
Free standard delivery is available for all orders over £49.99
Conditions for shipping:
All orders requiring express day delivery must be placed before 6pm. If it is placed after this time, please allow an additional day to receive your items.
Evri will deliver orders to you Monday-Friday between 8am-8pm.
Delivery to you and collection from us by the courier may be delayed on the bellow days:
New Year's Day
Good Friday
Easter Sunday
Easter Monday
Early May Bank Holiday
May Bank Holiday
Summer Bank Holiday
Christmas Day
Boxing Day
Orders may occasionally be delayed due to events out of our control, such as courier collection delays, traffic congestion and adverse weather conditions.

Returns & Refunds policy
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the address provided by us once you request to return the goods.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Refunds:
We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
